Learn a Quilt as you go and Sash as you go technique with this quilt pattern.

This is a tutorial style quilt pattern teaching a quilt as you go technique that is also sash as you go. The PDF file is 17 pages long with many photos to show technique. Fabric requirements are given at the beginning of the pattern. This pattern assumes basic quilt making knowledge and knowledge of how to bind a quilt. This technique requires quite a bit of hand sewing so it is a good project to take along when you cannot be with your machine. It does use machine sewing and quilting as well.

This project is great for using up batting scraps (need to be 10 inch square scraps after cutting) and orphaned layer cake squares along with scrap strips of various sizes. I even used up left over bobbins when quilting.

You are purchasing a pattern (not a finished quilt.) You will receive a PDF file after you check out. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software in order to open and read the file.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: Unless an error is made on my part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted or offered due to the custom and personalized nature of these pieces. Please read listings and view listing photos carefully to be clear on what is being offered. Quilts are one-of-a-kind and cannot reproduced exactly like a photo because fabrics go out of print quickly and cannot be re-ordered once they sell out. However, I can make your quilt very close to the photos in a listing if desired.
I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the mail as this is out of my hands and not within my control. When more than one shipping option is offered I recommend choosing one with tracking.
We do create customized bags and wallets in addition to our ready-to-ship items.

When there is a shop sale the sale price applies to ready-to-ship items only.

We also accept customized and personalized orders for quilted Christmas stockings. We recommend ordering custom/personalized gifts before the end of November whenever possible to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays.
We do sometimes make custom quilts. Quilts take about 20 hours on average to piece and then need to be quilted as well so we need a longer lead time on these projects.

To get an idea of how much a custom quilt will cost take width and length of the quilt in inches and multiply together to get the square inches of the quilt. Then multiply that number by .15 cents.

Example: King sized quilt: 100" x 100" = 10,000 square inches
10,000 x .15 cents = $1,500.00 (Canadian)
