We pride ourselves on fast and careful service. We try to get your order to you as quickly as we can, while still providing the best quality products we can provide.
Engraved items are processed within: 1–7 business days during off peak months January-September) or (10–14 during holiday Peak Season- October thru December)
Printed items are processed in 1–15 business days, depending on product type and provider. We will provide you with a shipping time frame once it becomes available and the processing of the order is complete. Please be advised all time frames are estimates and not a guarantee.

📦 Please note: Upgrading to Express Shipping only speeds up shipping, not processing time. Faster processing is not available unless specifically arranged prior to purchase.

✉️ SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.
International shipping is available via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot control carrier delays and kindly ask that you do not leave negative reviews due to late arrivals that are out of our control. Communication is key, and we will always try to help in any way that we can.

🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
❌ Custom Engraved Items
We do not accept returns, and do not offer refunds, or exchanges for engraved or personalized items. All items are custom-made to order.

✅ Non-Custom Printed Items
Returns are accepted on non-personalized, printed items.
Must be returned within 3 days of delivery date (based on carrier stamp-no exceptions). If you fail to contact us within 3 days your return may be denied.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by Hometown Engraving and Printing LLC.

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept cancellations for any reason.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you have questions, we are happy to help via Etsy Messages.

If an exception is made and we cancel an order after it’s begun processing, a 50% restocking fee will apply due to the cost of ordering blanks immediately upon purchase.
