Orders are sent directly to my experienced production partners, who will print and post the items directly to you.

USA - Within 5 business days
Elsewhere - Allow up to 2 weeks

Please note that there may be exceptions to both the production time and delivery time during busy holiday seasons, but everything will be done to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Returns + Refunds: Due to the product being printed to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective.
Any defective items need to be reported to myself with photos included that clearly show the fault. I can then forward these to my printing partner, who will organise a replacement. It's unlikely that you will have to return the defective item.
