✉️ SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.

We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates. Estimated delivery times are provided by Etsy and carriers, not Hometown Engraving LLC.

International shipping is available via USPS or UPS. Customs duties and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

❌ Custom Engraved Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for engraved or personalized items unless there is a quality issue caused by us. All items are custom-made to order.

✅ Non-Custom Printed Items
Returns are accepted on non-personalized, printed items.
Must be returned within 3 days of delivery (based on carrier stamp-no exceptions)
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept cancellations for any reason.

If an exception is made and we cancel an order after it’s begun processing, a 50% restocking fee will apply due to the cost of ordering blanks immediately upon purchase.
