Can I cancel my order after placing the order? / Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business. An address change can be applied any time before your order has shipped. Where is my order? / What if my order gets lost?

📦 Shipping & Lost Package Policy Please note that USPS and Royal Mail tracking may take up to 1 business day to update after shipment. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist you. If your order has not been marked as delivered and does not arrive within 15 days of shipment, we will replace your order free of charge. Orders lost in transit will be replaced.
