Personalized Prints (Custom Photos/Designs): For products like T-Shirts, Mugs, and Photo Panels, you can upload your own photos, logos, or designs. Please send us the highest resolution file you have via Etsy Messages immediately after purchase. Unique Design Work (Smart Decor): If you have an idea—like a programming cheatsheet or a reference guide—but no file, just describe it to us! We specialize in creating clever, functional designs from scratch. Please message us first to discuss your concept, feasibility, and receive a quote before purchasing. We will not begin design work until the order is placed and payment is received.

Sizing details vary depending on the product, as we offer both physical goods and digital downloads: Apparel & Mugs: Sizing charts (for T-shirts) and dimensions (for mugs) are provided in the image gallery and the description of each product listing. Please check these carefully, as all custom apparel is non-returnable. Photo Panels & Acrylic: The precise dimensions (e.g., A4, A3, 8x10 inches) are selected by you in the dropdown menus on the listing page. Digital Downloads (Cheatsheets): The file dimensions are specified in the listing description, typically delivered as high-resolution PDFs in both US Letter and A4 formats for flexible printing.

We use high-quality, durable printing processes, but proper care is essential to ensure your item lasts for years! T-Shirts: Turn inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry low or, hang to dry. Do not iron directly on design. Mugs: We recommend hand-washing for the longest lifespan of the print, although they are generally dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Photo Panels (Aluminum, Acrylic, Wood): Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or excessive scrubbing, as this can damage the protective finish. Digital Downloads: Print using printer's highest quality settings. Do not scale the image—print at 100% (Actual Size).

Gift wrapping and packaging

Standard Packaging: All physical items (Mugs, T-shirts, Photo Panels) are packaged securely in sturdy, recyclable shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit. Gift Messaging (FREE): If your order is marked as a gift at checkout, we will remove the price breakdown from the packing slip and include your personalized gift message free of charge. Gift Wrapping: Currently, we do not offer full gift wrapping services (e.g., wrapping paper and ribbon) as most of our products are shipped directly from our printing partner in protective, customized boxes. We focus instead on ensuring the product itself is of the highest quality for gifting.

Physical Bulk Orders: If you are interested in purchasing a large quantity of our T-Shirts, Mugs, or custom Smart Decor, please message us directly with the item, quantity, and required delivery date. We offer tiered discounts starting at 15 items and will provide you with a custom quote and production timeline. Commercial Licensing (Digital Files): The digital designs available in our shop are strictly for Personal Use Only. If you wish to use any of our designs (e.g., cheatsheets or graphics) for commercial purposes, redistribution, or resale, please contact us to purchase a separate commercial license.

We are flexible! For Custom Prints (Files you Send): We accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, PDF, or TIF files. Higher quality is always better for printing! For Digital Downloads (Files you Receive): Files are provided in the formats listed (usually PDF, JPG, or PNG). If you require a different format for specific usage, please message us before purchasing to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Delivery methods vary based on the item type: Physical Goods (Mugs, T-Shirts, Prints): We have a 2-part delivery process: Processing Time (the time needed to design, print, and package your custom order, typically 5-8 business days) plus Shipping Time (the time the carrier takes to deliver it). Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Digital Downloads (Cheatsheets): Your files are available immediately after payment is confirmed. You can access them by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews on the Etsy website (the mobile app does not currently support downloads).

Our refund policy varies based on the product type: Custom/Personalized Physical Goods: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized items (Mugs, T-shirts, Photo Panels) unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in printing on our part. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on this exception. Digital Downloads: Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital files, all sales are final. We are, however, happy to help resolve technical issues (download errors, corrupt files) immediately via Etsy Messages.
