The seller was lovely, very quick to respond when sorting out the custom design and was open to making any changes such as adjusting the size etc if I wanted to (I didn't but it was nice to be asked). They were also great when I had an issue with the tracking number and they sorted it the same day. Delivery does take a little while but again, the seller communicated this up front and it still came on the final day of the estimate so happy with that. The embroidery isn't quite neat enough to be perfect on close inspection, but it's an acceptable finish considering the price point. Apron itself is lightweight but good quality and looks really smart. Very happy with the product and I would return if I needed something else.
