For USA No worries, you usually won't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you. For EU & UK As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't be charged again upon delivery. Please note: customs fees, import taxes, and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. The exact amounts are determined by your country's regulations.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping through trusted couriers such as DHL, USPS, and FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO). If your order is linked to a P.O. Box address, a member of our Customer Care team will kindly contact you for an updated address. Additionally, please note that our custom hand-made dog houses require 4-5 business days for production.

IF THE HOUSE HAS ADEQUATE VENTILATION AND IF AIR CAN CIRCULATE WHEN WE NEED TO CLOSE OUR DOG INSIDE FOR A LITTLE WHILE?

We designed the houses with openings in the roof and sides to promote air flow. This helps ensure consistent ventilation, which will keep your dog comfortable.

IS THE PILLOW WASHABLE?

Certainly! You are welcome to wash the pillow; however, we kindly recommend either washing it manually or using the delicate wash mode.

CAN I PLACE THE DOG HOUSE OUTDOORS?

Our houses are thoughtfully designed for indoor use. Given the natural sensitivity of wood to extreme temperature changes, high humidity, and outdoor weather conditions like snow or rain, we kindly recommend placing the dog house indoors.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOME PARTS OR ALL OF THEM ARRIVE DAMAGED?

Fisrt of all, please don't worry. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, we would appreciate it if you could keep the original box and all packing materials. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to us and share pictures of the damaged items. Please know that we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and will work diligently to arrange for replacement items.
