Most ADHD planners hand you one page and call it a system. This is a genuine 6-page executive function kit, built for the parts of getting things done that ADHD brains find hardest: starting, prioritising, and not losing the thread.

WHAT'S INSIDE (6 pages, 2 colourways)

1. Daily Planner
Top 3 priorities, time blocks, and a brain dump for everything else.

2. Task Initiation
Shrink the scary task to the smallest possible first step, with a quick check to catch what is really stopping you.

3. Brain Dump + Sort
Empty your head, then sort into do now / do later / drop.

4. Priority Matrix
Decide by urgent AND important, not just whatever shouts loudest.

5. Weekly Focus
The three things that matter this week, plus a wins log so you can see your progress.

6. Parking Lot
Park mid-task distractions so you can come back to them without losing momentum.
