A client session tracker for trainers, studios and practitioners who sell sessions in packages - and need to know, without digging, how many each client has left.

Log a session on the month tab and it counts against what that client bought. The balance moves on its own.

WHAT IT DOES

- Package balance per client: purchased, used, and left. No more counting back through a diary.
- Up to 200 clients and up to 7 session types you name yourself - Yoga, 1-on-1, Small Group, whatever you actually run. Each type has a full code and a half code, so a half session counts as 0.5.
- Month tabs for the whole year. Click a day cell, pick a code, and the cell colours itself.
- Client details entered once carry through to every month tab and every report.
- Reports per client and across the whole roster, with attendance percentages worked out for you.
- A weekly view showing who is in session and who is not.

HOW IT WORKS
Set your codes once on the Menu tab, add your list, then click a day cell and pick a code from the dropdown. The cell colours itself and every total updates instantly. Full entries count as 1, half entries as 0.5.

REQUIREMENTS
