What file types do I get?

You will receive a high resolution 300 dpi digital file of the seamless pattern tile. This file can be repeated (tiled) to create a larger pattern for printing or digital use. All patterns include: • 12x12 Inch / 3600 x 3600 pixel PNG seamless tile (transparent, 300dpi) • 12 x 12 Inch / 3600 x 3600 pixel JPG seamless tile • A4 printable version (PDF, ready for crafts or scrapbooking)

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been cancelled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Can I download my files on a phone or tablet?

Etsy’s download system does not always work properly on phones or tablets. For the best experience, please download your files using a desktop or laptop computer (PC or Mac). Why can’t I download my files from the Etsy app? Etsy currently does not support digital downloads through the Etsy mobile app. To download your files, please log in to Etsy through a web browser on a computer and access your Purchases & Reviews section. What if I only have a phone or tablet? You may still be able to download the file through a web browser, but editing and tiling the pattern may be limited. For the best results, please use a desktop or laptop computer.

Can I create the seamless pattern using my phone or tablet?

Most software used to tile seamless patterns works best on a computer. For this reason, creating and editing the repeating pattern is recommended on a PC or Mac. Can I change the colours or edit the patterns? Yes! You may recolour, resize, or adjust the patterns as needed for your projects or finished products.

Why do faint white lines sometimes appear when zooming in?

Some design programs (including Canva) can display faint lines between pattern tiles when you zoom in very closely. These are preview lines created by the software and are not part of the pattern itself. These lines do not appear when printed or exported normally. If you notice them, try: • Zooming out • Exporting the design (PDF’s must be flattened) • Printing a test page In most cases, the pattern will appear perfectly seamless.

How can I use these products?

Can I use these patterns for personal projects? Absolutely! You’re welcome to use the patterns for personal crafting, scrapbooking, or projects without selling them. Can I use these patterns to sell my products? Yes! All patterns come with a small commercial use license, so you can create and sell finished physical products like: cards, stickers, mugs, notebooks, scrapbooks, and other crafts. Can I use the patterns for POD (Print-On-Demand)? Yes! The small commercial use license allows use on POD for finished products. If you want extended use or exclusive rights, please contact me — these are sold separately.

Is there a limit on commercial use?

Is there a limit on commercial use? Commercial use is allowed for up to 500 end products. If you need a larger license, please contact the shop owner. Can I resell the digital files as-is? No — the files cannot be resold, shared, or distributed in their digital format. They must be used to create your own products.

Do you create your patterns yourself?

Yes! I design all patterns in my shop. I use AI as a creative tool to help generate artwork, and then I carefully refine, edit, and transform the designs to create high-quality seamless patterns. How do you make the pattern seamless? In Photoshop, I carefully arrange and edit the artwork so that the edges of the design match perfectly. This allows the pattern to repeat endlessly without visible seams when tiled. Do you check the patterns before selling them? Yes. Every pattern is tested by repeating the tile multiple times to make sure it flows smoothly and looks balanced when repeated. Are the designs unique? Yes. Each pattern is created through my own prompts, selection process, editing, and patternbuilding work, making them unique.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be offered once the file has been downloaded. Please contact the shop if you have any issues. Need help?
