You send an STL (or a STEP, or a 3MF), tell us the size you need it at, and we print it and post it to you. One part or fifty. There is no minimum order.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO
Scale your file to whatever dimension you need.
Tell you honestly what will and will not survive at that size, before you spend anything.
Repair files that arrive broken, which is most of them.
Modelling and edits when the file needs changing: removing a logo, cutting a part down, turning a solid model into a relief panel.

MATERIALS
PLA and PLA silk for display pieces, models and anything that lives indoors.
PETG for parts that need to take a knock, and PETG carbon fibre when it needs to be stiff.
ASA for anything that sits in sun or heat: dashboards, engine bays, outdoor mounts. Same heat resistance as ABS with better UV stability, so it does not go chalky or brittle. ABS to order if you specifically need it. ASA and ABS both need an enclosed heated chamber to print without the corners lifting, and ours has one, which is the part most desktop printers cannot do.
TPU and TPE for flexible parts: gaskets, grips, bumpers, anything that has to bend.
Glass and carbon filled grades run on a hardened nozzle, so abrasive material is not a problem here.

SIZES
Small figures down to about 1 inch (25 mm) on a 0.4 mm nozzle for fine detail.
Large parts up to 300 x 300 x 330 mm, about 12 by 12 by 13 inches.

This listing covers one small print. For anything larger we quote the job properly and set up a listing for exactly that work, so you pay for what you ordered and nothing more.
