How do I get the Google Sheets version?

Your download includes a PDF with a one click "make a copy" link. Click it, choose "Make a copy," and your own private version saves to your Google Drive.

Does it work in Excel too?

Yes. You get an Excel (.xlsx) file as well as the Google Sheets link. Use whichever you prefer.

Can I use my own currency?

Yes. Money columns are plain numbers, so just enter amounts in whatever currency you use. There is a note on the Start Here tab.

Do I need to be good with spreadsheets?

No. Yellow cells are where you type. Everything else calculates automatically. The Start Here tab walks you through it.

Is this an instant download?

Yes. Your files are available immediately after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

Consignment Resale Shop Spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel

Run your consignment or resale shop in one place. A consignor directory with each one's commission split, an inventory and sales log that works out the consignor payout and your shop cut on every sale, a payout log, bookkeeping and a dashboard. Works in any currency.

WHAT'S INSIDE

• Inventory and Sales. Log every item with its consignor, category, list price and date in. Enter the sale price and the consignor payout and your shop cut are worked out from that consignor split.

• Consignors. A directory where you set each consignor commission split once and the inventory sheet looks it up on every sale, plus booth rent and notes.

• Payouts. Record what you pay each consignor so the dashboard always shows what you still owe.

• Income and Expenses. Booth rent, supplies, fees and other money in and out, with a running profit total.

• Dashboard. Total sales, shop commission earned, owed to consignors, paid to consignors, items in stock vs sold, active consignors and net to the shop.

• Works in any currency. Money cells are plain numbers, and yellow cells are where you type.
