Annual leave tracker and PTO tracker spreadsheet for 2027: annual leave, vacation, sick days and other time off for up to 40 people, counted in working days so every balance is right. A month calendar shows who is off on which day, and the dashboard shows who is off this week and the next leave booked.

WHAT IT DOES
- Employees tab: name, team, yearly allowance in days, days carried over and any adjustment. Total allowance, taken, booked and remaining work themselves out, with sick days and other leave kept separate. Red when someone is over their allowance, amber when they have fewer than 3 days left
- Leave Log tab: one row per request: person, leave type, first day, last day, half day and notes. Working days are counted for you, leaving out Saturdays, Sundays and the public holidays you type in. Leave that starts on or before today counts as taken, later leave as booked
- Calendar tab: pick a month to see each person's leave day by day as the letter of the leave type (A annual leave, S sick, P personal and so on). Weekends are grey and public holidays purple
- Dashboard: people, total allowance, taken, booked, remaining and sick days for the team, people over their allowance or with fewer than 3 days left, who is off this week, the next 8 leave requests booked, each person's balance and days by leave type with a chart
- Settings: team name, the first day of your leave year (any start month), 6 starter leave types (annual leave, sick, personal, unpaid, training, parental) that you can rename, with a Yes or No for whether each one uses the allowance, and room for 30 public holidays
- Room for 40 people, 600 leave requests and 8 leave types. Days and half days
