5 out of 5 starsI got the Pole Journal and it looks great. There is a space to write the name of the move, and attach a photo or draw it. You can list the steps it takes to get into the move, and then some brief journal entries where you note your progress getting the move. I take pole, hoop, and will also be taking silks soon. It will help me progress through my goals for all of them. Thank you!
