THE BAGS
The envelope style bag comes in 3 sizes: Small (7x5 inches), Medium (8x6 inches), and Large (9x7 inches)
The standing bag comes in 2 sizes: Regular (7x6x3.5 inches), and Oversized (9x8x3.5 inches)

The black bag comes with white writing and the natural coloured bag comes with black writing.

In Canada, there is not tracking on orders with 1 or 2 bags. If you want tracking on 1 or 2 items, please use a shipping upgrade which is available in the cart.

Edmonton and area local pickup please use YEGPICKUP as the coupon code to void shipping and we can arrange pickup once the order is complete.

USA orders will be sent via USPS. From the shipping notification, there will be one business day for the item to transport into the US from Canada, and then the package should deliver within 3-5 business days from then. There is tracking on all orders into the US which can be tracked via USPS online.

Orders can take up to 12 business days to process depending on the number of open orders at that time. I have a 24 hour policy from when the order is placed for you to let me know if the order is a rush, which means I will need to ship it out sooner than the estimated processing time, otherwise I may not be able to accommodate rush orders after the 24 hours. There are many factors that go into how quickly I am able to process orders so letting me know as soon as possible is the best way to ensure I can do my best to get your order to you in time. Thank you for understanding this.

Canadian shoppers, please keep in mind the shipping costs on a high number of bags is more than what actual shipping will cost. If there is a mistake with your order please just send me a message and we can find a remedy which works for us both.

If you choose a font style and do not like how it comes to you, there will be a 50% additional charge for me to resend you the bag. I advise you to ask for an artwork proof if you think you may be unhappy. This only applies to orders of 1 or 2 bags.

All of the logoing and sewing that I do is structurally sound and your product is machine washable.

Makeup bags should be washed inside out and never ironed or put in the dryer.

Sweaters and garments come with a care label describing how to wash them. Wash inside out, with cold water, tumble dry low and do not iron to have your garment have the longest life.

I am shipping from Canada so parcels will be required to go through customs. This adds time to shipping, but I do my best to estimate times accurately based on what I have found to be normal in the past.

I am not responsible nor can I do anything for any delays due to customs or volumes of mail going through at the same time as your parcel.

I do my best to have everything arrive safely to you, but sometimes things do happen. Please just message me if you package goes MIA and we can figure out a solution.

Individual items differ whether they will come with tracking.

In Canada, 1 or 2 makeup bags or 1 or 2 toques will be sent lettermail and will not have a tracking number. 3 or more items will be send parcel mail and will have a tracking number. Apparel will be sent with tracking. Please message if you have any questions. There are shipping upgrades available at checkout if you want to add tracking to single items.

To USA, all items will be shipped with USPS from Canada and all items will come with a tracking number.

International, there will be no tracking numbers unless you use an upgrade. I will ship International Air Small Packet.

The US Free Shipping on applicable orders will be sent First Class USPS and will not apply to faster methods for time constraints or required deadlines. A shipping upgrade will be required to be purchased if you want your order to come with a faster delivery time.

If a return to sender is processed on free shipping items, the cost of shipping will be taken out of the fee paid for the items if a refund should be processed.
