When it comes to throwing a party, the last thing you should be stressing about is decor delivery. We specialize in rush processing orders at NO extra charge. Make sure to message us with your dates and we'll do everything we can to meet your schedule.

If ordered before 12 pm, most orders can ship out same day if we're notified via message/order notes.
All orders process same day to five business days. Shipping usually takes 2-6 days depending on your location within the US.
There is also the option to select USPS priority or priority express (guaranteed 1-2 day delivery) at checkout. Message us with your time frame.
USPS First Class International, although economically priced, can range from 6-25 business days for delivery depending on destination. If you are needing your order soon, we recommend selecting First Class Priority.

USPS does not guarantee tracking information to certain countries. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for international orders.
USPS botches around 1 in 50 orders in our experience. If this happens to you, we're sorry the odds were not in your favor. At least you don't have to play in the Hunger Games.

Contact USPS immediately with your tracking number (it will be in your Etsy account and/or email). Contact your local USPS office as well. Talk to your neighbors, apartment management, roommates, and/or cat.

If none of this helps, message us. We do not refund lost orders or replace lost orders that are uninsured (because USPS doesn't refund us). We do offer discounts should you need a replacement order.

In most cases USPS finds your package and delivers it correctly.

We totally get it: shit happens.

In the event aforementioned shit does happen and you need to cancel or return your order, we can do so on the vast majority of our items.

Cancellations: if your order has not yet been made or mailed, we can refund you 100%. If it has been made but not mailed, we can refund your item cost 85% (15% restocking fee) and refund all shipping costs.

If your order has already been mailed, simply mark it as "RETURN TO SENDER" or mail it back to us. Once received, we can refund you 75% (25% restocking fee). Shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been mailed.

Keep in mind: all custom orders, cups, straws, cupcake toppers (anything having to do with food or drink) cannot be returned or exchanged.
