Returns & exchanges

Like most sewing patterns, Happy Sew Lucky kits are not returnable or returnable unless shipped incorrectly by us. This is because we like to make sure that each kit is in perfect condition with all the necessary goodies included once packed. If it has been shipped and returned it may have been damaged or have components missing.

For PDF patterns: please be sure to check user skill level BEFORE purchasing. We are not responsible if you purchase a pattern that is beyond your skill level.

Additional policies

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS for cut and sew kits:
Do not wash the fabric provided in your kit prior to assembly. It will cause the fabric to shrink and the pieces may not match up afterwards. For the baby stuffies and book: Once you have completed your Happy Sew Lucky project, you can machine wash it in warm water and line dry it. We don’t recommend washing the kits that have additional pieces hand-stitched on (eg: Angel, Santa, Birds) as these may tear or come off during machine washing.
