This heavy duty hand forged bottle opener shows off a decorative copper wrap on the handle.

I love the mix of iron and copper's natural colors, this useful, fun item puts a lot of value on both of those materials.

The iron section is forged out of one piece of iron and has been welded together at the touching point for extra strenght (this is so there is no "spring" effect) when opening your favorite beverage. The weld is then hidden with the decorative copper wrap.

Total lenght of the copper wrapped bottle opener is approximately 5 1/2" to 6".

I put a lot of importance in cleaning each opener after it has been hammered, bent into shape, and "in and out" of the fire numerous times...I acheive the clean look you see in the photos by using the wire wheel and sandpaper, this leaves each opener with a clean attractive look that is perfect for gift giving...

After cleaning, I clear coat the bottle opener for protection and to keep the raw iron look.
