Materials

fragrance, Sweet Potato, plantain, cocoa beans, mica, Activated Charcoal, Love and Magic, natural soap

It's called Out of Africa soap and a design I've been working on for months. It tells the story of the beauty of the natural resources and of course the application of ancient African soap making wisdom. There are gold and diamond mica lines, activated charcoal and nourishing vitamin rich additives.

As a special touch I topped it with Authentic African Black Soap (from a village in Ghana) for my embeds and dried sweet potato for my sprinkles. Tons of diamond mica, activated charcoal and gold mica went into the mica lines.

Fragranced with Lavender EO from South Africa and orange essential oil. The natural synergy gives this soap an amazing fruity yet a tiny bit of rustic floral fragrance. It is lightly fragranced.

I dried plantains and whole cocoa beans, roasted and ground them into a powder for this soap. I also dried sweet potato with dreams of Sweet Potato Stew, into a powdered additive.

I love the huge and rich creamy bubbles and how soft it leaves my skin. Thank you soapers of Africa for sharing a bit of your soapy knowledge. I even love the rough end cut on this one (keeping it for my soap loving self)

This is my go to for shampoo these days. Awesome and portable for travel too! It leaves my hair squeaky clean without being all dried out on the ends. The orange EO cuts oil and the other nourishing ingredients moisturize. LOVE it! wabi-sabi To use apply conditioner, shampoo and then recondition. Soap shampoo's are a higher pH than detergents so protect your hair with a high quality conditioner to avoid damaging your ends.
