Once purchased, please send me all FINAL guest names in one single column in word document or excel to my email:

Title (Mr./Mrs/Dr.) | Guest Name | Last Name | Table Number

If you choose table number order please arrange them by table numbers.
If you choose alphabetical order, please arranged them in A to Z format. (in Microsoft excel...name and numbers in separate columns if possible.)

*** Make sure you have all the punctuation and capitalization written correctly. Double check with misspelling. The way you format is how it will be shown.***

If you need revisions after I send you the pdf files, there will be an extra service fee.

You can ask a professional printing center to print for you such as Staples or Kinko's. They will also cut them for you. It's usually cheaper if you send them online. They will also notify you when is ready to pick it up.

White paper and dry mount it on a foam board or buy a frame and frame it.

::::: NEED A DIFFERENT COLOUR?:::::
For a colour change, just let me know the color of your choice in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout.

I use paid and free fonts for all of my templates.

If you don't have the fonts loaded in your computer, all text will default to the one you have. Message me if you want to know which fonts I use.

::: SAMPLE :::
I can provide a color sample of any templates from my shop. Just message me if you would like to try a sample.

::: HOW TO EDIT THE AMPERSAND? :::
Click on any text, right click at the edge of the box, choose "order", choose "send backwards" This will bring the ampersand text to the front. After editing, repeat the step to send the ampersand to the back.

::: HOW TO CREATE A NEW PAGE IN MICROSOFT WORD? :::

1. Click outside of the page. Then press "CTRL" + "ENTER". This should create a new page for you.

2. Go back to the original page. Hold down "SHIFT" and click on all text boxes including the background image. Then press "CTRL" + "C". This will make a copy.
(If you are using apple computer, press "Command" + "C" to copy)

3. Go to your new page, and press "CTRL" + "V" to paste the text boxes and the image into the new page. (If you are using apple computer, press "Command" + "V" to paste)

They should all paste in the correct spot, but if not, you can just move them around.

::: PRINTING :::
You can print from home or at a printing shop such as Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc.

Colors may vary from the computer monitor to the printer. I am not responsible for the color differences from your computer monitor to the final printed product.

I recommend printing out one copy to test out the color first.

::: IF YOU BRING TO PRINT SHOP :::
It is recommended to save as PDF if you are sending it to a professional printing shop.

How to save as PDF?
Go to "File" -> "Save as" -> "PDF / Adobe PDF"
OR
Go to "File" -> "Print" -> "PDF / Adobe PDF"

This will prevent the fonts from changing.

You can always try to print a sample from your printer to see if they will take this type of file. Many professional printers will only work with full bleed, 1up pdf files, so, if you're planning to bring to a print shop, make sure and check with them first.

You may also need to bring them a Print Release Form from me. Just message me and I will send it to you.
