Occasionally I am open to do custom paintings and custom dolls. Please contact me with your inquiries and as many details as you can so I can give you an idea if I can do your custom piece and what our mutual expectations are.

Most prints are done in standard paper size of 8.5" x 11" and have a small white border around them. Some pieces have multiple print sizes available. Please keep in mind that there may be some cropping of the image in different sizes due to proportions of original painting.

The OOAK art dolls have hand painted faces and some have rerooted hair and hand sewn costumes. As such they are delicate and should be handled lightly and with great care. Consider them art pieces to look at rather than dolls to play with. Once a doll leaves my care I can not guarantee the work done as I can not control the conditions it will be subject to.

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
Prints are packaged carefully in a clear bag with a restickable closure and have a foam core or cardboard backing for support. The package will be inside a plastic bubble wrap mailer for additional protection. I do not ship these prints with tracking or insurance unless requested and there is a significant addition shipping charge to do so. Please contact me as soon as possible for this option.
Original paintings are packaged the same and are only mailed with tracking and insurance.
Dolls are shipped with a great deal of protection and care in the form of tissue, bubble wrap and boxes.

I do not offer returns or exchanges unless item is incorrect or damaged. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can fix the issue. This is a small home based business directly from the artist and I simply can not afford to offer refunds. I appreciate your understanding.
