You can choose between printing the cheat sheet in black and white (this version) and color it yourself while studying it. It is a good exercise for meditation, I tried it myself. ;)

MORE INFORMATION ON THE TOOL AND ITS CREATOR
I am an illustrator and mom of two young childs. We live on the Gaspe coast, in Quebec (Canada).
I developed this tool after taking childbirth classes with a great doula. I wrote notes for my childbirth and I made some drawings. During my second pregnancy, I got into the hospital two weeks beforehand, so I had a looooooot of free time to get ready and (re)read about physiological birth.
I wrote new notes to remember the key points of the readings and made a cheat sheet. That is how this tool was born. :)
Since then, it has helped many women through this wonderful processes that are labour and delivery.
This is an upgraded version of what I draw at the hospital. ;)


TIPS AND TRICS
Once it is colored, or if you choose to print the already colored version, I recommend you to laminate it so it lasts longer.
Take as many notes as you want on the margins and the reverse side. It is your childbirth and it will make you a nice souvenir. :)
Do not forget to save it in your hospital bag! You probably will not think to look at your notes during the contractions, but they will be very useful for the person who accompanies you.
