This necklace includes a small hand stamped aluminum heart with up to 5 characters and your choice of Swarovski birthstones on a 18" or 20" sterling silver delicate Italian chain.

Please leave a message with your choice of birthstones. The birthstones will all be put on one ring unless stated otherwise.

Each item comes in a small organza bag. If you are mailing this to someone as a gift please make sure the correct address is left when you checkout.

USA/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Your item will be shipped via Canada Post, there is no tracking number with regular shipping. On the rare occasion, packages will get stuck in customs. When this happens it can add a few days to a week to the delivery time.
