First off make sure you’ve downloaded the file to your computer then make sure to unzip it in order to use the files.
The files labeled “Cut Files” can only be opened in Silhouette Studio Software. The silhouette software can be downloaded for free from silhouetteamerica.com
The PDF files can be opened in Adobe and some other programs. The JPEG files can be opened in many different programs.

This means it will take me two weeks or less to make the product before shipping. (It’s usually less than one week)
I ship via regular letter mail with a stamp and NO tracking via Canada post.
Here is the wait times listed by Canada post:
Within Canada: 2-4 business days / up to 8 business days if you’re remote
To USA: 4-6 business days
International: 4-7 business days.
These are standard however sometimes it may take a bit longer depending on weather, holidays, etc.
Please be patient and contact me if it hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks.

The Premium Matte Sticker paper is very delicate.
Please take care when peeling off a sticker from the surrounding paper because it may rip if you’re too forceful.
