If one of your glass mason jars shatters on or before the delivery date simply take a picture of your jar and email the picture to us on Etsy or to info@rustichustle.com with your order number. We will ship you a replacement jar.

DO NOT send us back the broken jar. We do not reimburse customers for the shipping charge on items sent back.
We use FSC certified pine which means our materials are sourced in a way to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. We pride ourselves on offering the lightest, most durable rustic materials, finished with ecologically friendly colouring and finishing agents whenever possible.
All of our signs can be hung outside unless otherwise stated. We paint and finish our signs with an exterior grade product so rain or shine, they're brilliant wood pieces you can keep for years to come. Anything created in MDF is not suitable for exterior hanging and will be destroyed by moisture.

If you live in an area with a harsh winter season Rustic Hustle recommends you bring your sign in out of the elements. The colder temperatures may cause your sign to crack. While we haven't had an issue with this we still like to caution our patrons so they can ensure the longevity of their purchase.
If you're ordering from close to our workshop in New Tecumseth, Ontario, please use coupon code: NOSHIP on your order and message us to co-ordinate a pick up/drop off location with you. Our workshop is not open to the public for drop-ins and we do not have a storefront.
You can send your return back to us via the United States Postal Service or Canada Post. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept returns via UPS and if brokerage fees are incurred due to your shipping company choice, we deduct this cost from the refund amount.
While rare, sometimes the postal service damages an item in the mail. If your item is damaged when it arrives simply send us a picture on the day it was delivered and we'll remake your item. Our offer to remake an item must be accepted within 5 business days of our original offer.
Unfortunately, buyers occasionally take advantage of Etsy sellers by claiming to not have received their item in an effort to receive a remake at the shop's cost. Items lost in the mail are the responsibility of the mail service. We use tracking on the majority of our items and use this system to ensure your item reaches you. If an item is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for more information.
