(Picture of my work in progress) This pattern was a bit of a challenge for me ( personally). I became a bit confused on some things and would often end up with more stitches than I needed. Instead of frogging it I simply decreased and hoped for the best. It came out looking great!! Can barely tell I messed up 😂 Thank you so much for a beautiful pattern!!!

I'm not quite finished with the project, but I am loving how it's turning out. The pattern is simple and easy to follow. I used a smaller hook than the pattern recommends for the weight of yarn i used. This resulted in me reaching the "end" of the pattern and it being child sized. This is my choice- NOT the fault of the pattern, and i like the density of the stitches with the smaller hook for the look i am trying to achieve. I decided to just keep repeating the pattern until I reach the length that I want. That is the beauty of a pattern like this, it's very easy to adapt and adjust the size. I will update with a photo once I finish. Thank you for the lovely pattern. Edit: It's finished! I absolutely love it. It turned out very differently than if I had followed the pattern exactly, but it's exactly what I wanted.

I made a poncho for my 7 year old granddaughter and she loved it! Used Mandala Lion Brand, color gnome, 3 worsted. Hook size 5.5 mm. Now I plan on making one for myself in a more neutral color ;) Love this pattern!
