Barring unforeseen problems I will ship your order within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm are taken to ChitChats for Monday's pickup.

Beginning Dec 27, 2021, only fully-tracked shipping is available to Canadian destinations. I use flat-rate shipping, with a modest Loonie upcharge for additional items added to the package.

This formula will be revisisted often to ensure costs are covered, and buyers are not paying more than the actual tracked shipping costs.

Parcels to the USA are shipped using ChitChats who takes parcels daily to Niagara Falls NY to inject them into the USPS system This significantly improves both delivery times and the cost of shipping to US customers.

All orders heading stateside have full tracking.

If your shipment arrives with apparent damage from shipping make a claim with your local delivery service (e.g., Canada Post, USPS etc.). Be sure to document with photos before opening. Luxcrafter will not be responsible for damage caused by delivery services.

I inspect every item before shipping to ensure your order is in pristine condition. That said, I have a no-hassle return policy:

★ Contact me within 3 days of receipt with photos. If unused I will refund the cost of the item, or replace the defective item as we agree upon.
★ I will not issue a refund for any item until it has been returned to me and inspected.
★ Shipping cost paid by the buyer cannot regrettably be refunded.

When I mark your order shipped you may receive a notification email from Etsy. Some now include "How about a little something extra? Free shipping! Get it on your next order."

Etsy is encouraging shops to offer "free" shipping, and to achieve "free" by adding the shipping costs to an item's price.

THIS IS MISLEADING AND IRRESPONSIBLE!

Therefore, despite your receiving such a notice with my store's name on it, Luxcrafter does not participate in Etsy's free shipping program.

Customers _must_ feel confident when ordering items that they are only paying one shipping charge, and that this charge is clearly and transparently displayed.

I recommend buyers beware of any store advertising so-called "free" shipping. Nothing is free.

Luxcrafter products are intended for adult or strictly supervised use and may cause injury or death if not used properly and with care.

Craft hardware consist of small parts that pose a choking hazard to children and pets.

Plastic used in packaging may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Keep out of reach of small children.

Some packaged orders are heavy and may cause injury if dropped.
