We ship to the address that is on your ETSY account. Please ensure that it is up to date.

We cannot be held responsible for any duties, customs and taxes levied by individual countries. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you want to pay for additional tracking and/or insurance on your item, please contact me and we will be happy to adjust your invoice.

All items are shipped with great care in a protective rigid mailer within 2-3 business days of having received payment, except for Saturdays and Sundays.

*INTERNATIONAL DISCLAIMER

*DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us with at least two (2) photos showing the damage within five (5) days of receipt, and we will send you another one to replace it.

*LOST ITEMS
If an item is lost in transit, please contact us so that we may come up with the best solution. Please do not contact us until you have waited at least 2-4 weeks for the arrival of your package.
