A stumpy cottage filled with good luck charms and fairy luck.

Made from a mishmash of materials. Recycled bits, natural elements and faux toadstools and mushrooms. Measures approximately 8.5" tall, 5" width.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I am happy to rectify any errors made on my part and will gladly work with you to come to the best resolution in the unlikely event that any problems arise. If you have any problems or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me!

Due to the nature of the items I sell I am unable to accept exchanges. However, if you are not happy with your purchase I will gladly provide a refund if the item is returned within 14 days (at buyers expense) in good and proper condition.

Unfortunately I cannot supply a refund for lost, stolen or damaged items unless the claim is accepted by Canada Post.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please email me immediately so that a claim can be filed with Canada Post as soon as possible. You will be asked to keep the package AND ALL PACKAGING until the claim has been processed. Once completed the package should be returned and your payment will be refunded. I have no control over how quickly Canada Post processes it's claims... and to be honest they are a slow bunch of buggers and it'll probably take 6-8 weeks.

Shipping policies

IMPORTANT: I claim the ACTUAL COST on ALL packages. This protects both of us in the unlikely event of damaged/lost or stolen packages.

I pinky swear that if I had any sort of control over the postal system I'd charge you a penny for shipping and have your package delivered today. Unfortunately, when I asked Canada Post about this possibility they all shook their heads and rolled their eyes at me. So, that's a no go.

I mail out once a week, shipping using the most economical Canada Post mail service available. Canadian shipping is expensive and I often end up covering some of the shipping costs. Unfortunately Canada Post only provides postal guidelines and not guarantees for delivery standards on regular mail post.

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I have absolutely no control over added duty/taxes.

I DO sent internationally but actual costs vary upon destination. Send me a convo with your location and I'll send you the actual shipping price.



The vast majority of packages to the US and Canada arrive within 10-14 days BUT may take longer, especially during holiday seasons. If your package is stopped by customs it may be delayed. If you require your item in a more timely manner please contact me first to discuss the options available.

If you live nearby and would like to pick up your item, just drop me a note to arrange a pick up date/time and I will remove the shipping fees from the listing you are interested in.

Preference is given to LOCAL arts projects and CHILDREN/YOUTH organizations with an arts focus. If your donation request is approved you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
