Yarn, Wool

Let’s be honest, one of the best things about the cold weather is that it is perfectly acceptable to leave your house with huge scarf wrapped up to your ears. This can be that scarf.

Knit using fisherman’s rib technique with bulky yarn, this scarf with work up quickly. The squishy fabric that this stitch makes, will keep you warm and cozy, without being bulky and heavy. So no need to panic when a cold spell hits early.

This pattern is great for EASY PEASY, great for BEGINNERS :)

8mm needles
Tapestry needle
Crochet Hook
Weight 6, Super Bulky/Roving yarn, ~325 yards

Gauge in stockinette stitch:
4” = 12 stitches / 12 rows

Wonderful Pattern! It was very easy to understand and also very easy to modify. I modified down to 1/3 of it's original size to fit my doll! Highly recommend

This is a wonderful pattern! I would consider myself to be an advanced beginner and it took me 2 tries to get a solid handle on the pattern requirements, so I think the difficulty rating is accurate. You need to be familiar with knitting in the round, slipping large amounts of sts and kitchener stitch. I can not speak to the sizing, but the pattern is very easy to modify. I knitting this top for one of my dolls actually (1/3 of the written size)!
