Since almost everything in this shop is custom made and due to the fact that I might not be able to resell them, I cannot accept returns.
Ready-made items can be refunded if they are returned in mint condition at the customer's expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Every item being completely handmade, there might be some variations between products. Also note that, as much as I try to take the best pictures I possibly can, it is possible that there is distortion of proportions and colors depending on your monitor.

Measurements for each item are stated in every listing. Everyone is different so please measure yourself or your child to choose the right size instead of using only the approximate age reference which is provided as a general guideline only.
Care instructions are listed in every item description. Most of my creations are machine washable at delicate setting in cold water. I never recommend putting them in the dryer as the heat will damage the fiber over time but some items can still be tumble dried at low temperature.
