I gave up crochet for tatting about 30 years ago so I was a little nervous about purchasing a pattern after being away. This pattern is great!!! Now the new stitch at the start caught me off guard and I had to look it up. I did complete the new "magic ring" I only had 5 petals and ripped it out and went back to what I know. Chains, make a ring, make s cr, and now I'm almost finished with the first flower!! Thanks so much!!!!

This was a very well written pattern with easy to follow instructions and helpful photos (for folks who are more visual like myself). I used YarnArt Tulip yarn and a small steel hook to make a delicate garland for a Victorian-esque corner of my room instead of a necklace. It's coming along beautifully and I'm very happy with it already! Thank you very much.
