Shipping costs are calculated at check out (Canada Post and USPS rates and fees apply to all products). Two shipping options are available with the following estimated delivery dates AFTER your order has been dispatched:

STANDARD SHIPPING - NOT TRACKED (possible delays due to COVID-19)
Canada: 3-10 business days
USA: 14-21 business days or longer
International: 10-30 business days

TRACKED SHIPPING - Includes Tracking Number (possible delays due to COVID-19)
Canada: 1-7 business days
USA: 3-15 business days
International: 7-21 business days

Additionally, we are not responsible for duty and customs fees.

However, if there was a mistake on our end your order will be amended free of charge.

Please send us a message right away if there are any changes to your order (else, any changes to shipped orders are subject to a processing fee). Please review your entered details before submitting your order, especially the shipping address to ensure it is correct, as we are not responsible for replacing parcels sent to any addresses other than the one we receive when your order was placed.

If the standard shipping window has passed and you think your package is lost, please contact us with your order number so we can inquire with the post office/courier. Unfortunately, standard shipping does not include insurance for lost parcels. If the post office/courier does not have any further information after we submit our inquiries, we may not be able to offer a refund. Standard shipping is cost efficient but there is also a risk, buyer’s discretion is advised. Please contact us for additional information.

If you received a tracking number, we ask that you also contact the courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information. Please keep in mind there will be postal service delays during busier seasonal times that are out of our control and can affect the arrival of your order (i.e. holidays, poor weather, etc). If your products are damaged upon receiving your order, we ask that you take a photo of the products within 24 hours and let us know right away so we can inquire with the post office/courier. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we’ll do what we can to fix the situation :)
