The bodice looks like its been smocked. You can actually at embroidery to it for more embellishment.
The skirt is very full. The ribbons at the waist are tied at the sides. The bottom measures 180 inches. It has a filet rose pattern at the bottom. There are no difficult sts. There are however, some fpdc, bpdc and no ch foundation sts at the bottom to give it a scallop loop.

The dress measures 31 inches and the waist is 19 inches. It will fit a baby up to 6 months depending on the baby's size.
There are 2 sizes for the booties, 3 1/4 and 3 3/4 inches at the sole.
The headband looks like a tiara. It is buttoned in the back into the ch 1 sps of the strap.
