Prompt shipping. Personal note inside is a nice touch. This is my second cap from Red Dot only in a different color this time. These caps fit well and are comfortable. Bicycle caps are a necessity for me; controls my sweat when riding, keeps the sun from burning my head, shades my eyes, fits neatly under my helmet, keeps my head warm when it's cold. Oh yes, they need to hold up well since I ride daily. These caps do all of that and couldn't be more pleased.
