Custom-made or personalized are products that are not available in our listings. These items are created according to the needs of the buyer (engraving, special size, special material, etc)

Personalized orders and custom-made orders are not returnable or exchangeable.

If incorrect sizing or measurements are provided by the customer, exchanges are the only option available. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Please note that the color of gemstones may vary slightly from one stone to another, as each is unique.

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours.
If the customer decides to cancel their order after it has been processed and prepared, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
In case of returns, refunds, or exchanges, the shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Customers are responsible for any possible customs fees for the return and of the initial shipment.

The item must be returned through DHL Express Shipping in a protective new or original packaging.

Exchanges/ Resizing:
We provide free resizing for all orders. Shipment fees are paid by the customer.
In case the new size is larger than the one ordered, a price difference may apply.

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way, or if the shipment and packaging methods differ from those previously specified.

In the event of a customer claiming to have received a damaged product and requesting repair or return with a refund, the product must be returned to us for inspection. If there is no evidence of misuse or damage, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and either replace the item or refund the purchase, as per the customer's preference.

However, if the product shows signs of damage or wear, a 20% loss value fee will be applied.

Repairs may be needed due to:
Discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
Gradual wear of prongs and precious metals over time, which may necessitate routine maintenance or restoration.
Prongs becoming bent, snagged, or worn, leading to stones falling out due to regular wear or other damage.
Instances where stones are lost during shipping or due to breakage from normal wear or other damage.

While every piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, it is essential to adhere to the care instructions provided with each item to prevent breakage. Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, as movements during sleep can potentially cause damage.

For domestic orders, in the event that your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we can re-make your order upon payment of a replacement fee. We recommend contacting your postal service first to inquire about the delivery.

For international orders, we require 45 days to initiate insurance claims due to customs checks. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original shipment date.
If customers provide incorrect shipping information or if their local postal service is unable to locate them during delivery resulting in the order being returned, a refund can be issued minus the shipping cost.

Please be aware that if your item is lost or stolen by your local postal service, we cannot be held responsible.

In accordance with new regulations post-Brexit, all orders sent to the UK are subject to a 20% VAT tax, which customers must pay before receiving their package. This VAT is collected by the shipping company and remitted to the UK government. It's important to note that the UK VAT tax cannot be considered as shipping or customs fees.

For orders destined for the US totaling $800 or more, customs fees will be applicable and payable through DHL.

Additionally, orders shipping to Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, and other countries may incur customs fees based on the total value of their orders.
