UNEARTHED is a three-dimensional treasure hunt, set on mythical islands in a distant sea.
Two to six players dig through several strata layers to uncover tools, using them to collect artifacts that unlock treasures.
Components:
• 35 island tiles with 3D pits,
• one supply island with tool shed,
• 30 coins,
• six ships,
• 40 action cards,
• 50 tool cards,
• 35 strata cards,
• 35 artifact cards,
• 35 treasure cards,
• five booby trap cards.
Goal: Collect the most treasure points.
Overview: Fill the pits with layers of treasures, strata tiles, tool cards and terrain.
• Excavate the layers to collect tools, action cards, artifacts and treasures
• Use artifacts to unlock treasures.
Game Play:
• Player’s ships move between shrouded islands containing layered pits that require excavation.
• The terrain layer reveals the initial tools needed to dig in the pit.
• No guarantee your expedition can continue without the proper tools.
• Once the terrain is removed, the expedition will find a random action card, a coin and tools.
• Do you have the tools to start excavating?
• With the strata layer exposed you’ll know which final tools and/or artifacts are needed to finally complete the exploration and treasure retrieval.
• Breaking through allows the finder to collect artifacts, retrieve and unlock the treasures.
• Watch out for booby traps.

I bought two puzzles for mother's day, one for each of my sister-in-laws. They loved them. Both gave rave reviews. First they really liked the personalized composition. Second the hex meandering was fun and different. Third and best of all, the hex confused my brothers. Fun gift. -Had some trouble with shipping, but COVID is the culprit interfering with most of the issues and delay. -Owner Mark was great and very responsive to questions and assistance. I'd work with him again and love the product. Order early in this environment.
