{ HOW CAN IT BE CUSTOMIZED? }

This logo includes customization to the wording and colors (font or image changes can be arranged via reserved listing) - please submit your own choice of colors at time of purchase in the Etsy checkout “Instructions to Seller” window, or via Etsy "Conversation".

For color choices, please refer to sample color chart, or provide hex codes for specific colors.

**Please note, listing backgrounds are not included in the actual logo design and are only for shop display purposes. All logo files will come with a transparent background, except for PDF and JPG files, which both have a default white background.

{ FILES PROVIDED WITH PURCHASE }

AI – Original editable file, which can be re-sized without losing any image quality.

EPS – Standard vector file that can be sized by all popular vector software programs.

PNG (72dpi and 300dpi) - File for web use with transparent background. Can also be used for photo watermarks.

JPG (72dpi and 300dpi) - Low and high res image file of graphic for general use, 72dpi suitable for web related media or to import into word doc etc., but not intended for best print quality. 300dpi can be used for print purposes when ideal AI, EPS or PDF printing is not an option.

PDF - Highly recognized, crisp quality graphic file which can be used to transfer logos to decals, stamps or any other creative ideas for marketing your business.

{ PAYMENT, DELIVERY & REFUNDS }

• Once full payment has been received and we have worked out the customization details, samples will be sent via Etsy convo, and final files will be sent via email.
• Full refunds will only be provided prior to any work starting on the customization.
• Once work has started and initial samples have been shown, no refunds will be provided.
