For customized invitations or files, I will accept cancellations as long as the proof has not already been sent to you.

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your order, I will work with you to correct any errors that may have occurred. Substantial changes that require major changes to the layout or a complete re-do of the file will be subject to additional fees for my time.

Refunds are not offered at all on automatic downloads, as the file is available immediately to download once purchased.

AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS
Anything marked as an "automatic download" is available immediately after payment is received via Etsy's download system. All communication and files will be sent to you via Etsy messages for tracking purposes.

Digital invitation PDF and JPEG files are sent via the message feature in Etsy. Two rounds of MINOR editing (spelling errors, typos, etc.) are included with digital invitations. Additional editing rounds after the two that are included will be charged at $3 per round. Major changes to the layout, text/content, images, design, etc. after the first proof is sent will be charged an additional fee at the seller's discretion, as these changes require additional time for the designer to complete.

No. All images on our products are copyrighted by the original artist and therefore cannot be resold in template form.

For printing my instant download games, these come two per page in a full page (8.5 by 11 inch) PDF file. For these, I recommend printing on white cardstock at a copy centre like Staples, Kinkos etc. and then cutting out the games.

White cardstock is all you need! A high-quality printer and the ink will do the rest.

No. All files in our shop are printable files sent to you in JPEG and/or PDF format. No physical items will be mailed.
