If any item is required for a specific date, please contact before ordering as we cannot guarantee any date without prior notice. We will not refund for items needed for dates if not previously confirmed.
We ship via the most economical means to keep cost and prices down. If you require a quicker delivery, please convo me and I can quote a shipping cost to reflect this.
We cannot be responsible for packages once they have been sent.
Orders take approximately 3-5 days to be processed depending on complexity of design and custom details. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. We cannot be responsible for packages that are under the control if the postal service or lost after posting. Any items list or stolen will need to be reported to the buyers local police dept. and any damages made to packages must be documented with pictures and contact to our shop within 3 days of delivery. Without this, reports most be made to local post offices by the buyer. We document and photograph all orders and packages when they are dispatched from our shop. Please contact us within 3 days of any issues.
