For unpainted models, please allow 7 to 14 days of handling time. For painted models, larger requests of very high Grade can take up to 30 days of handling time.

The size selected is based on the longest side of the miniature, including the base. For a standard size humanoid, choose 32mm (you can also select the precise size you want them at by writing it in the personalization box at checkout), and scale to your preference for larger pieces like monsters and mounts. As for the Gargantuan monsters, we recommend our 200mm size!

PAINTING GRADES HELPER:
Grade C [Temporarily for gargantuan pieces only] - Base Layers and small tweaks, meant for armies and generic NPCs
Grade B [Temporarily for medium to large pieces only] - Somewhere in between Grade A and C, best used for your standard monsters.
Grade A - The whole show. Includes textures, shadows, contrasts, and detailed bases (Grass, Snow, Terrain...). It's meant for display pieces, BBEG, and heroes.
