The Elegant Leaves Accent Scarf is inspired by the beautiful Fall leaves that adorn the trees and the surrounding ground beneath. The lovely array of colours that brighten our days as we enjoy the moments of colourful beauty around us. The Elegant Leaves Scarf is perfect for solid, variegated and gradient style yarns patterned in the fingerling weight/sock weight.

Listing is for 1 pattern SHOWN in the first picture. The yarn shown in the last pictures is NOT INCLUDED, but available on my other listings perfect for this pattern. Other colours may be available.

YARN:
FOR SOLID COLOURED SCARF: 2 skeins Fingerling weight/sock weight yarn (shown in the SweetGeorgia Yarns Tough Love Sock Yarn shown in the gray) (425 yd / 388 m per 4 oz / 115 g per skein; 80% merino, 20% nylon). YOU NEED 2 SKEINS. You can use other similar yarns as well.

GRADIENT COLOURED SCARF OR MULTI COLOURED SCARF SHOWN IN PHOTOS: To make the gradient style that goes from light to dark or whatever colour way you want to use you need 1 set of Party of Five mini skies or 5 mini skeins of similar weight and yardage. I used Party of Five Mini Skeins by SweetGeorgia Yarns (shown in the Tanzanite Colour of the blue to purple and the Gemstone Colour of the orange to pink 105 yd / 96 m per 1 oz / 28 g skein; 80% merino, 20% nylon, 5 skeins). Check that you work the same measurements I have listed making changes at your end as necessary.

HOOKS & NOTIONS
B -1 US / 2 – 2.25 mm crochet hook
Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
