All other orders will ship at a FLAT RATE (so you are only charged shipping on the first item you place in your cart)

Orders in Canada do NOT come with tracking unless the shipping upgrade for tracking is added to your order.

International orders (outside NA) do NOT come with tracking unless the shipping upgrade for tracking is added to your order). We highly recommend upgrading to the tracked shipping option if you order internationally.

★ Shipping delays CAN happen (e.g. customs, mis-routing). Although it is not ideal, it does sometimes happen through no fault of mine or yours. Please try and have patience while you wait for your package.

★ Please allow at least 15 BUSINESS days (30 for international buyers) before contacting me if your purchase has not yet arrived.

Shipments returned to the Niagra Falls address are NOT eligible for refund as these items will NOT be returned to our studio.

The item must arrive in same condition as it was sent out in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note there are some exceptions to our refund policy as described in our shop policy (eg. personalized orders)

Our silicone beads are made of the highest quality FOOD-GRADE silicone. Silicone is BPA Free, NON-TOXIC and is certified to be in compliance with FDA , LFGB , EN71, ASNZS ISO 8124, and, CPSC, CCPSA standards.

Our wood products are made of natural organic wood completely UNTREATED and UNFINISHED.

Necklaces are made with BPA-free safety breakaway clasps that meet CCPSA and CPSC standards.

Nylon cord has been tested to ensure it is in compliance with meet CCPSA and CPSC standards.

In addition: All of our products come from our pet free, smoke free, and scent free home studio.

Craft kits contain small parts. Never leave an infant or child unattended with these craft supplies. Craft materials can be used to create items other than the example shown online with each craft kit. The purchaser and crafter assume(s) full responsibility for the safety and use of any items constructed using the craft supplies. Use craft kits and crafted items at your own risk.

At this time, considering COVID, we do not accept returns on any silicone and wood teethers, beads, and items. These are considered "hygienic items" as they are often used to build sensory items, and we are unable to resell returned or exchanged items.
