Night Garden Floral Scarf crochet pattern has a beautiful floral design on a scarf base that can be worn long or as a neck warmer for different looks. Take a stroll along the garden, under the moon and stars in the Night Garden scarf. A beautiful evening spent enjoying the flowers and foliage found along the path. Embellished with flowers and leaves in beautiful dark tones of purple to blue, the Night Garden Scarf is reminiscent of an enchanted evening. This design can be made as shown in various colours using mini skeins or yarn from your stash. Made with a sock weight/fingerling weight yarn.

Listing is for 1 pattern shown in the first photo. The yarn shown in the last few pictures is NOT INCLUDED, but available on my other listings perfect for this pattern. Other colours may be available.

PATTERN NOTES
The Night Garden Scarf base is worked in flat in the full skein colour with the flowers and leaves worked in the mini skeins or extra sock weight yarn. The trim around the edge is worked once the base of the scarf is finished. Follow the various charts and written pattern for the scarf base, leaves and flowers.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Base of scarf with trim, before embellishments: 39” / 97.50 cm length by 4” / 10 cm width. With embellishments approximately: 46” / 115 cm length by 4” / 10 cm width on scarf base.

YARN
The night garden scarf can be done in various colours as shown in the photos or a solid colour as well. This design would be lovely in a beautiful neutral or a hand painted colour for a more subtle essence.

Multi coloured version as shown in photos:

1 skein of sock weight yarn with (425 yd / 388 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein). Shown in SweetGeorgia Yarns Tough Love Sock Yarn. I used the Ultraviolet for the purple one and the Auburn for the brown to orange scarf.

Plus:

5 colours of yarn or a 1 Set of Five Mini Skeins, (105 yd / 96 m per 1 oz / 28 g skein). The photos show it in the SweetGeorgia Yarns Party of Five mini skeins in the Tanzanite (purple to blue) and the Hearth (brown to orange). Any similar mini skein set or left over sock yarn with the same yardage will work.

Solid coloured version: 2 skeins of sock yarn (425 yd / 388 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein).

HOOKS & NOTIONS
B -1 US / 2 – 2.25 mm crochet hook
Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

BUTTONS ¾” / 19 mm buttons (2 buttons).

GAUGE
24 sts and 9 rows = 4” / 10 cm in dc, after blocking.
