Absolutely. I am more than happy to write a little note to the receiver of the item you have purchased is a gift. Please message me directly and let me know you want it, and what to say. There's no additional charge for this. It will be written on some nice paper. If you want me to write in a card, please buy a card as part of the order and message me directly to let me know which card you want the message written in.

I don't currently offer gift wrapping I'm afraid, but it is a feature I hope to add to my shop soon. However I am happy to add a personalised note in with your order. I will be adding gift wrap as a product to my shop in the future and when I do so, gift wrapping will be made available. I shall be refining my gift wrapping skills over the coming couple of months.
All items are packaged sensibly. I try to be eco-friendly with packaging and use items that biodegrade, or recycled bubble wrap, and I don't put more packaging than necessary, but I do want things to arrive with you in good condition, so there's always sensible amounts of packaging used.

I will always post your item on the day I receive your order, or the following working day. I want to get my orders off quickly, so you receive it promptly. Once it has been posted it is really out of my hands and into the hands of the postal delivery service, so I can't predict the exact date of arrival. Please see my delivery estimates for the region of the world you are in, it can be found in my shop policies. But please know I will do all within my power to make it arrive as quickly as possible. If you have been waiting longer than the estimated dates in my shop policy, please contact me directly. I want to do all I can to help.

If you are a physical shop and you are after products, I do sell wholesale. I have a minimum order of £50, I'm happy to ship them wherever they need to go (this will be an additional cost), and I have a UK agent who travels around Wales and the South for me. Please contact me directly, I would be more than happy to help. I sell in shops around the UK and my work does well in them, in fact it's where I started as a seller. I would love to have more stockists. I am careful not to upset the wonderful stockists I already have, so if you happen to be in the same area of a town as a shop I stock, there is a chance I would have to say no. I would retain your details were anything to change, but I don't want to start a stock politics war!
