The bars and heart are fairly heavy and seem like great quality. The customer service is also truly amazing and quick response! I’d definitely buy again from the seller! Care, passion, and customer service are really important when personalizing items to me and by far am VERY pleased with the necklace I got for my Mother for Mothers Day and can’t wait to give it to her. I was late ordering it.

I absolutely love the necklace! I had one before, but I needed to add my newest baby on. My only complaint is that it advertises next day shipping. I ordered necklace on May 15 and it didn’t officially ship out until May 20 and I received it on May 23.
