Arrived at my moms house out of state from me early for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it. Made her cry! The charms are bigger than expected but still dangle nicely.

I have never written a poor review but the customer service was just awful. I was never shown a proof or messaged what font was engraved on the necklace but when I asked for something they blew me off. Told me the item was already shipped out. I would have even liked an example of what it could have looked like. I asked for a mock copy to be made so I could print the photo because it was a gift and was blown off, they didn’t even try to help. The AD is labeled as next day shipping which was also inaccurate. If I tried to track my package, I was unable to. Im always a repeat buyer, a store share-er to friends but I was just really turned away by the customer service and I won’t be ordering again. Please be more kind to other buyers.
