Even as a child back in the Milwaukee metro area, I made and designed jewelry starting with friendship bracelets. I evolved into working with beads and wire, but there came the day when I wanted to learn how to solder. I found a program at Minneapolis Community and Technical College that taught not only soldering, but how to do all kinds of niffy things that jewelers do. Three years later, I graduated with a degree in Jewelry Manufacturing and Repair. Now I am out in the bright shiny world, and looking for expanding on my skills.
