I worked in the jewelry business for almost 10 years and then decided to train as jewelry maker and designer. I had completed a couple of years of my training and was loving the process of developing and creating a design… and then I became pregnant … and with some irony, the smell of the workshop with its molten metal and cleaning and polishing chemicals gave me such morning sickness that I had to stop. When my daughter was born, my energy and focus went entirely on her while she was little. My little girl is now not so little, and going to school. Luckily, this means at last I am back working in jewelry again with a friend of mine who has a workshop and jewelry business in the diamond district of Manhattan, New York. This has given me the chance to get back into the business I love and also complete my training! Hopefully you’ll love the jewelry I am creating!!!
